ちょっと訳して見ました。
ただし、(**)がついている箇所は、やや不明です。

XLogArchive APIのためのPostgerSQLのクライアントサイドのコードの単体試験は
無事に完了しました。現在、pg_archとアーカイバ側のコードの作業に着手しています。
この調子で行けば、2週間くらいのうちにPITRの最初のシステムテストが可能なパッチセットが
出来るはずです。このコードが出来次第リリースします。xlogのコードを修正する作業が
残っていることは分かっていますし、コミッタの方がコードを受け入れるためには、
完全なチェックを希望されるでしょう。

　　　　延長されたアーカイブヒストリによってロールフォワードが可能

第2段階：(指定された時刻までの)リカバリを制御するためのコードの追加

　　　　延長されたアーカイブヒストリによってロールフォワードが可能

第3段階：各種の追加作業と提案項目、十分な文書化
　　- 6月の早い時期に(5月のうちに作業がはかどったとして**)

　　　　指定された時刻まで延長されたアーカイブヒストリによって、
　　　　ロールフォワードが可能

と書いてきたけれども、最近、ぼくが仕事で使っているワークステーションの
ディスクが飛んでしまったと言ったら、少々毒のあることが書いてあるように
読めるかもしれないね。お察しの通り、リカバリのために余分の作業をしないで
済むような環境は普通はありえないわけだし…。
