pg_attribute_relid_attnum_indexを作り直せと書いてありますね。
でもデータベースをダンプした後に、dropdb -> createdbするのが簡単でしょう。と
いうかシステムテーブル用のインデックスなので私はindexの作り直し方を知りませ
ん。->どなたか詳しい方お願いします。

ちなみに、select * from pg_indexes;を実行するとインデックスについての情報を
知ることができます。
