[pgsql-jp: 27997] 強制再起動時のタイムゾーンについて

佐山と申します。

現在、RedHat Linux7.2 + PostgreSQL 7.2.3を使用しているのですが、
PostgreSQLが何らかの原因で自動再起動となった時に、タイムゾーンの設定が
JapanからUTCになってします現象が発生しています。

postmasterを起動しているユーザの環境変数には、.bashrcで、PGTZ=Japanを設定しており、
psqlでselect current_timestamp();で+09となるのを確認しています。

この現象を防ぐ方法はないでしょうか？
