[pgsql-jp: 27642] cygwinで、./configure。エラー

はじめまして。

これまで、LinuxでPostgreSQL使ってきたのですが、win2k+cygwinで使うべく、
ソースからbuildしております。いかし、./configureに対して、

> configure: error: installation or configuration problem: C compiler cannot crea
> e executables.

のようなメッセージがでてしまいます（詳細以下）。他のversion（7.1.1）でも
同じでした。また、cygwinのgccをreinstallしてみましたが、症状はかわりませ
ん。

どこを確認すればよろしいか、アドバイスいただけせんでしょうか。
