[pgsql-jp: 28764] 起動時のエラーについて

大分県の御幡と言います。

最近ｐｏｓｔｇｒｅｓｑｌを使い始めました、サーバの停止中に電源ケーブルが
抜けてしまい、
起動時に以下のエラーが表示されてｐｏｓｔｍａｓｔｅｒが起動できません
エラーの内容と対処法が有りましたら教えて下さい。
バージョンは７．１．３
ＯＳはｒｅｄｈａｔ７．１

pg_ctl: Another postmaster may be running.  Trying to start postmaster
anyway.
Found a pre-existing shared memory block (ID 589830) still in use.
If you're sure there are no old backends still running,
remove the shared memory block with ipcrm(1), or just
delete "/home/postgres/pgdata/postmaster.pid".
pg_ctl: cannot start postmaster
Examine the log output.
