[pgsql-jp: 34896] pg_ctlのログについて

こんのです。

WindowsXPからADOを使って接続を試みているのですが、
Could not connect to server.
Could not connect to remote sockect
のメッセージが返ってきて接続できません。
因みに、テスト用サーバでは正常に処理できます。

pg_ctl -w start を実行したログに、8行、15行目のメッセージが
ありますが、これとの関連があるのでしょうか。
エラーの原因が理解できませんので、どなたか教えてください。
バージョンは7.3.2です
