先日教えて頂いたwindowsXPでPostgreSQLを動かす時の環境設定の
set PGUSER=postgres事なのですが、コマンド入力後はエラーもなくSQLが
-U オプションをつけなくても起動してくれるのですが、OSの再起動後、
SQLに接続したところ以前と同じエラーがでてしまいます。
set PGUSER=postgres と同様の事をどこかに設定して保存する事は
出来ないのでしょうか。
ご教授下さい。

【再起動後】 
C:\Documents and Settings\miyao>cerateuser -A -D -P test Enter
