が参考になるのではないでしょうか。以下のようなことらしいです。

  > ERROR:  XLogFlush: request 0/6173A2D8 is not satisfied --- flushed only to 0/616E519C

  This suggests a corrupted LSN on some disk page, but without any context
  I can't say more than that.
